Warranty begins at purchase date and zero miles (0). It expires when the vehicle reaches 100,000 miles (not 100,000 miles added to the current mileage) or 3 years from the purchase date. The standard FWS additive term Service Contract can be used as an upgrade.
Q. What is "the standard FWS additive term Service Contract?" and does this mean you can purchase it as an upgrade to the standard 3/100 warranty? Is there a standard upgrade cost, or is that something you talk to your salesperson about?
A. Yes, it means that you can purchase it as an upgrade to the standard 3/100. There is no standard cost as that is dependent upon the vehicle year, make, model, and there are numerous upgrade options available. So, it is definitely something the customer will discuss with the Business Manager.

Includes 1 year "Sign and Drive" Roadside AssistanceQ. Is "Sign and Drive" roadside assistance the same as "Sign and Go"?
A. Sign & drive refers to the fact that the certified warranty covers some road side assistance benefits, and the customer can simply sign the "invoice" presented by whoever performs the roadside assistance and then drive away. For the roadside assistance benefits provided by the program, the customer does not have to pay, then submit receipts for reimbursements. Hence the term "Sign and Drive".

Additive Term Service Contract - $250, $100, $50 reducing, $0Q. What does "$50 reducing" mean, and is there someplace that describes when each deductible is applicable?
A. $50 reducing means the customer takes their vehicle to a Dealin' Doug store to have repair work performed in conjunction with a covered repair, there is no deductible. If they take the vehicle anywhere else to have that same work performed, the customer will have to pay a $50 deductible. In other words the customer pays the first $50 of a covered repair if they go to a different dealer, but that $50 reduces to $0 at a Dealin' Doug store.
